自从 Adobe Photoshop 8.0 开始，PSD 文件在资源管理器中就不能预览了，很多人即使在使用 Photoshop CS4，但也会安装 7.0 版以使资源浏览器可以显示PSD文件的缩略图预览。不过这样毕竟不方便，而且这个方法在64位系统中不适用。在64位系统里只有通过手工启用32位资源管理器的方法才能看到缩略图。这里有两个方便的方法可以不需要安装两个 Photoshop 就可以使得资源管理器能够预览PSD缩略图。
方法一
第一个方法只支持32位的系统。微软在最新推出的 Expression Blend 3 中增加了PSD文件预览的功能，如果你有使用 Expression Blend 3 的需要，在安装之后你的系统就可以得到PSD缩略图预览这个额外的礼物。当然，即使你不打算购买这套软件，安装它的试用版也是可以的。从下面这个链接可以得到 Expression Blend 3 的试用版：
方法二
第二个方法更加简单好用，支持32位和64位的XP/Vista/7，当然，如果你用的是32位系统并且正在使用 Expression Blend 3，那就不是很必要继续尝试了。
有个叫做 MysticThumbs 的免费软件，专门用于解决这个问题，而且它可以预览除了PSD之外的很多一般情况下没有得到缩略图预览支持的格式，比如TGA，DDS等。你可以在下面这个网页找到这个好用的免费软件，注意要看清版本哦，32位下载 x86 的，64位下载 x64 的：

The PSD thumbnail preview feature in explorer of Adobe Photoshop no longer exists since version 8.0. So many people feel the inconvenience and want it back, and I know many of them install the Photoshop 7.0 even they are using Photoshop CS4 at work. But this is still a not-so-well solution. Further more, installing Photoshop 7.0 does not apply the thumbnail preview feature to the users who are using a 64-bit operating system such as Vista x64 or Windows 7. You have to manually start a 32-bit explorer to get the thumbnail visible. Here I have two solutions can get you easier to solve this problem.
The First Solution
The first solution is limited to someone who are using 32-bit operating systems. The Expression Blend 3 was delivered not so long ago by Microsoft, and if this software is just the one which you need to use, than you will get the thumbnail preview feature after installing Expression Blend 3. The Second Solution
The second solution applies to both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems, including XP/Vista/7. If you are using a 32-bit OS and the Expression Blend 3 is just one of your needs, then choosing this solutions is not a necessary, but feel free to decide by yourself.
