安装了 VMware Workstation 7 之后，总是出现启动虚拟机时提示连接到 VMware USB Arbitration 服务失败，查看系统日志发现每次启动系统都有以下两条服务启动失败的信息：
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the VMware USB Arbitration Service service to connect.
The VMware USB Arbitration Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
尝试手工启动 VMware USB Arbitration 服务可以解决问题。因此，下面的简单的方法就可以完美解决该问题了：
进入系统服务，找到 VMware USB Arbitration Service，将该服务的启动方式由“自动”改为“自动（延迟启动）”，以后就不会遇到这个问题了。
After installing VMware Workstation 7, there is always a message says “The connection to the VMware USB Arbitration Service was unsuccessful.” when starting up a guest operating system. There are also two failed messages in the system event:
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the VMware USB Arbitration Service service to connect.
The VMware USB Arbitration Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Starting up the service manually will solve the problem. So there is an easy way to perfectly deal with it:
Go to system service, find the “VMware USB Arbitration Service”, change its startup type from "Automatic” to “Automatic (Delayed Start)”, and the problem will not happen again.
